I made this cake for my boyfriend's sisters birthday, which happens to be New Years Eve! Double the reason to celebrate.

The bottom and top layers of cake are Dark Chocolate and the center layer is Strawberry. I used vanilla buttercream in between the layers and to dirty ice the outside of the cake. The cake is covered in white fondant and fondant decorations.
